Frequently asked questions
I ordered a food product and live in a warmer climate. What happens if my order melts in transit?
As we do not provide chilled packaging, food products are purchased at the risk of the buyer. We cannot promise they will look as pretty if melted, but we can promise that they will taste just as good!
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns on non-food related items, as long as they unopened in the original condition they were shipped in.
I entered the wrong shipping address! What do I do?
We tend to ship in 1-2 business days, so feel free to message us if you catch the error before then! Otherwise, our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
When will I receive my order?
All of our orders are ready to go within 1-2 business days of purchase. They will ship via USPS priority mail no later than 3 days after your order is placed and we will update you with tracking immediately. There are currently still some delays with USPS, though most customers receive their orders within 5-7 days once shipped.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Absolutely! Just be sure to notify us of these changes immediately, if not within a few hours of your purchase. We tend to get started on your order right away and cannot make changes once completed.
My product is damaged. Can I get a refund?
Yes! We will fully refund you for any product that is damaged to the point that it is unusable, such as broken jar candles and glass perfume bottles. If you receive a usable damaged product, such as broken cocoa bombs or chocolate pretzels, we will issue a 50% refund to make up for presentation.
